Project Title : You Me At Six Artwork
Client : You Me At Six / Slam Dunk Records
Time Spent : 6 Weeks

Slam Dunk Records and You Me At Six asked me to create some artwork for their upcoming singles Gossip, Jealous Minds Think Alike and their debut album Take Off Your Colours. I got a sneak preview of the tracks and decided to work a colourful style in to the design. I used Illustrator to combine their original logo with the script font face for the titles, then put it all together with some textures in Photoshop. We wanted to keep the theme running through all three layouts but slightly changing along the way, and especially making the album cover distinctive. I have really enjoyed working with Ben, Ali, Phil and Mick from the management and will hopefully receive more work from Slam Dunk Records.

Project Title : Popcorn Clothing Branding / Design Work
Client : Popcorn Clothing
Time Spent : 2/3 Weeks

Desiging for Popcorn Clothing was really fun and interesting.. Not only did I have full creative direction on the project but I was also able to work on something that I enjoyed doing in terms of the certain style and out come. I first worked on some Logo ideas for the brand and after many attempts we decided on big script font face with some manual editing, some scanning in and finally some retouching in Illustrator and Photoshop. After this I worked on the Website design and the Myspace design. I wanted to mix a strong western vibe with some really rich colours behind the header of the webpages. My good friend Mike Tempest worked on the build of the web pages with me and we got it spot on for the company. The website and myspace is only a template at the moment but in the very near future it will all be updated with their Tshirt designs and other clothing.
