Lights And Sounds
When the band 'Lights And Sounds' asked me to complete their vinyl cover artwork I was very pleased to hear that I had full creativity and direction on the project. The guys particularly liked some of my vintage work and referred to the 'Across Five Aprils Poster' of mine for inspiration. Communicating with their manager and record label was very useful as they provided all the details necessary and we got to work straight away.
I chose three strong colours to work with and manipulated them in Photoshop but the letters and some of the shape overlays were created in Illustrator.
